Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship
A team leader/supervisor is a first line management role, with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals.
Entry Requirements : The entry requirement for this apprenticeship will be decided by each employer, but may typically be five GCSEs at Grade C or higher. Apprentices without level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end-point assessment.
Duration - Typically this apprenticeship will take 12 – 18 months
Level 1 Team Leader Traineeship
Traineeships in Team Leader/Supervision at Oxbridge Graduate Studies are aimed at people aged 16 to 24 who are keen to work but who need a little help to get an apprenticeship,a job or further training. These short courses will help you by giving you work experience and skills you can put on your CV.
Duration: The traineeships will take a minimum of 6 weeks and a maximum of 6 months.
What will I study?
Work experience in Team Leader/Supervisor environment (minimum 100 hours)
Preparation for job interviews and assistance with writing your CV
Help with improving essential English and maths skills, if required
